1. Foundation and chassis installation
First determine the foundation position of
the elevator and carry out foundation construction, including digging
foundation pits, pouring concrete, etc., to ensure that the foundation meets
the load-bearing requirements of the elevator.
Install the chassis in place, pass the
anchor bolts through the chassis holes, connect them with the reserved holes of
the foundation, use a level to measure and adjust the level of the standard
section bottom section butt joint, fill the gap under the chassis, and then
tighten the anchor bolts.
2. Fence installation
Connect the side fence to the chassis, connect
the rear fence and side fence in turn, then install the power cabinet door
frame, and tighten the safety fence bolts.
Use a tower crane to install the outer cage
door, pay attention to the selection of lifting points to prevent the outer
cage door from deformation, fix all outer cage bolts, install the outer cage
counterweight slide, and adjust the entire set of outer cage levels.
Install the outer cage door support and
adjust it to the size suitable for hanging the cage, install the buffer spring
base, and add the buffer spring.
3. Installation of cage and transmission
trolley
Prepare the tower crane and more than 4
staff members to cooperate, lock the balance lock of the cage lifting point,
select a suitable lifting environment, and command the tower crane to lift
smoothly.
The tower crane will gently swing the cage
to the upper part of the outer cage (about 5 meters from the foundation),
gently lower it and slowly insert it into the standard section. During the
lowering process, pay attention to the position of the cage in all directions,
so that it can be safely and steadily placed in the buffer spring. Use the same
method to insert the other cage into the standard section, and install and fix
the cage top safety fence at the same time.
Prepare the transmission trolley connecting
pin and related tools, and check whether the end brake device of the
transmission motor is relaxed.
Check the transmission trolley to
distinguish the left and right cage transmission devices according to the
number, use the crane to smoothly lift the transmission trolley, slowly insert
it into the standard section, command the crane to slowly lower it to the pin
hole connected to the cage and the transmission trolley, insert the connecting
pin, and install the connecting pin to prevent it from exiting from the pin
hole, and hoist the other transmission trolley device.
Loosen the bolts of the transmission motor
brake device and check whether it is effective, and install the motor rain
shield.
4. Guide frame installation
Wipe the pipe joints at both ends of the
standard section and the rack pins clean, and add a little grease.
Open a guardrail, lower the hook on the
boom, and hook the standard section hoist, hook the standard section hoist to a
standard section, crank the hand winch, and lift the standard section to the
top of the cage and stabilize it.
Close the guardrail, start the elevator,
and when the cage rises to the top of the guide frame, it should be driven
until the top of the cage is about 300mm away from the top of the guide frame.
Stop, lift the standard section with the boom, align the hook with the pin
holes on the standard section riser and rack below, fix it with bolts, loosen
the hook, turn the boom back, and tighten all bolts with a tightening torque of
350N·m. In this way, connect the standard
sections in sequence until the required height is reached.
As the guide rail frame is continuously
raised, the wall frame should be installed at the same time, and the
verticality of the guide rail frame installation should be checked.
5. Wall frame installation
When the installation height of the guide
rail frame of the elevator is close to 6 meters, the first set of attachment
devices should be installed. The height of the attachment frame from the ground
is 4 to 9 meters (it can also be determined according to the specific
situation). The maximum height of one attachment frame shall not exceed 7.5
meters, and the distance between two adjacent attachment frames shall not be
greater than 9 meters. When installing the wall-mounted system, it should be
required to be carried out during the cage top operation. The installation of
the wall-mounted system and the addition of the guide rail frame should be
carried out simultaneously.
6. Electrical system installation
Connect the power supply cable from the
main power switch in the power box on the elevator to the on-site power supply
box.
Coil the cable into the cable cage in a
free state. One end of the cable is led out from the bottom of the cable cage
to the power box, and the other end is led into the cage through the cable
bracket to the electric control box.
The cable cage is installed below the cable
bracket so that the cable is in its center and can be freely pulled out or
coiled into the cable cage.
After completing the above assembly steps,
the construction elevator needs to be fully inspected and debugged, including
electrical device inspection, installation and debugging of limit switches and
limit switch contact irons, etc., to ensure that each component is installed
correctly and operates normally, and all safety indicators meet the
requirements before it can be put into use.
